    About

    EDITORS AND CONTRIBUTORS

    WHAT

The best tech blog, podcast, and video channel that covers the tech industry from head to toe: tech news, reviews, tips, strategy analysis, and plain-ol’ geekery.

    WHY

Because, frankly speaking, we frackin’ love it!

    WHEN

We post on the blog throughout the week, sometimes at the most inopportune times.
We podcast six times per week:

    • Monday – Friday we report on and discuss the day’s tech news
    • Sunday we have an open forum-style discussion where we literally have no agenda, but let our minds and words take us wherever we end up

We record videos on the TV channel whenever we feel we have something to share that is best communicated over video: tips, tricks, and more tips – that’s what TNR TV is all about

    TECHNEST REPORT MASCOTS

All TechNest Report mascots and graphics were created by Lizette Gagne and LabSlab.  Theme customization was also done by Lizette over at LabsSlab.  Here’s a little about the logos:

-The dinogator’s name is Dyno.  He’s a cross-breed between an alligator and a dinosaur.  He reminds us here at TechNest Report that the tech industry is always moving and companies need to periodically reinvent themselves in order not to become a dinosaur.  In one hand, Dyno is holding the TechNest Report power bar (a favorite of many tech

company workers) and an iPod playing the TechNest Report podcast – in the other.

-The bird’s name is Nester.  He’s a nest-dwelling, non-migratory bird who leaves the nest very rarely and spends his time on the computer all day long – as can be witnessed by his semi-blood-shot eyes.  He reminds us that besides obsessing about the tech industry and staring at digital screens all day long, there are so many other things in this world that we can and should do.  So we need to peel our eyes away from the monitor once in a while and appreciate those “other” things.  (let’s go take a walk in the park… leave the Zune at home, will ya?).
